5. External Services

Cal.com (Appointment Scheduling)

We use a self-hosted instance of Cal.com on European servers (Hetzner, Germany) for appointment scheduling. When you book an appointment, your data (name, email address) is processed exclusively on our own servers in the EU. No data is transferred to third countries. Cal.com is open-source software (github.com/calcom/cal.com).

MiroTalk (Video Conferencing)

We use a self-hosted instance of MiroTalk (meet.quelloffen.at) on European servers for video conferences. All audio and video data is end-to-end encrypted and processed exclusively on our own servers in the EU. No recordings are stored, and no data is shared with third parties. MiroTalk is open-source software (github.com/miroslavpejic85/mirotalk).

Google Fonts

We use Google Fonts for uniform font display. When you access our site, your browser loads the required fonts from Google servers. This transmits your IP address to Google.
