Your data is stored in ISO 27001 certified data centers in Austria. All servers are operated under Austrian and EU law. There is no data transfer to third countries, and US providers have no access. You retain full data sovereignty at all times.
Yes. We handle the complete migration of files, emails, calendars and contacts from Microsoft 365 to your new hosting environment. The migration runs in parallel so your team can keep working without interruption. Typical migration for 50 users takes 3-4 weeks.
Scaling is straightforward. Additional users can be added at any time at the same per-user rate. Extra storage is available in blocks of 10 GB. We also offer custom plans for organizations with special requirements. Just reach out and we will find the right setup for you.
Our hosting plans are billed monthly with no long-term commitment. You can cancel at any time with 30 days notice. We also offer annual billing with a 10% discount. When you leave, we provide a full data export in standard formats so you are never locked in.
